Welcome to The Office Olympics — a high-energy, laugh-out-loud virtual experience packed with wildly creative challenges, surprise twists, and just the right amount of (friendly) competition. Think: team trivia meets improv meets party games, all cleverly designed to spark connection, collaboration, and side-splitting laughter.

Your team will compete in five to six fast-paced events (depending on your chosen duration) that test everything from collective brainpower to creative chaos. There’s no need to train, sweat, or study up on sports — these games are built for everyone, regardless of background, job title, or tech-savviness.

Led by our hilariously engaging hosts (a.k.a. your “International Office Committee”), this experience is perfect for remote teams looking to connect in a fresh, meaningful way — no awkward icebreakers or trust falls required. Whether you're mixing departments, onboarding new hires, or celebrating a milestone — The Office Olympics brings the energy, excitement, and team spirit your staff will be buzzing about for weeks. ➡️ Before the activity begins, we’ll split your total group up into teams of ~5 participants. By default, teams are randomized. However, if you'd like to assign the teams yourself, just drop us a message and we'll be happy to accommodate!

➡️ During the activity, your road to glory looks like this:

  • Event 1 - The Opening Ceremony: Kick things off by inventing a mythical country, designing a team flag, and crafting a team "uniform" out of office supplies. Then, snap the most epic team photo possible. The judges? Your co-workers!
  • Event 2 - Bonus Round: A surprise twist! We’re not telling you what it is — but let’s just say this wild card challenge is your chance to score (or lose) big.
  • Event 3 -Trivia Dash: A rapid-fire round of general knowledge and quirky trivia. Solve as many questions as you can, work fast, and look out for unexpected bonus point opportunities along the way!
  • Event 4 - Pass the Baton: The scenario? A fictional (but all-too-relatable) office dilemma. Your mission? Craft a hilarious email reply… one sentence at a time, as a team. You’ll need collaboration, creativity, and maybe a little chaos to pull it off!
  • Event 5 - Bonus Round: Another twist you won’t see coming — and another chance to climb the leaderboard or fall hilariously short.
  • Event 6 - The Team Pitch-athlon: It’s marketing mayhem! We’ll give your team a ridiculous product — you’ll create a logo, tagline, and a pitch presentation to sell it to the group. Then vote on your favorites and see who wins the hearts (and points) of the crowd.

➡️ After the time’s up, we’ll close the breakout rooms and bring everyone back for a hilarious awards presentation where we’ll introduce the teams and announce the final results!

🖥️ The Office Olympics is a browser-based activity and requires no downloads or logins. We recommend that all participants join from a computer (if all participants are joining from one location, let’s discuss this beforehand!)

Frequently Asked Questions

What times are available to book your Hosted Activities?

Our activities are available for booking 24 hours a day / 7 days a week! While we have never turned a client down due to lack of availability, we do kindly ask that groups up to 30 participants give us at least 2 days’ notice, and groups of greater than 30 participants give us at least 1 weeks’ notice.

What video conferencing platforms do you support?

We support all of the “Big Four” platforms - Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex by Cisco. Don’t use one of those platforms? No problem. If we can download it and it has breakout rooms, we can use it :)

What languages do your Hosts speak?

We can assign you Hosts that speak English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia, Spanish, Russian, Polish, or Ukrainian!If you would like a non-English speaking host, you can request this at the checkout page. However, please do note that all of our game content is currently only available in English and Spanish.

What are the payment terms for your Hosted Activities?

We operate on a two invoice model. To confirm your activity, you will pay a 30% deposit of the total amount up-front. Then, we will issue you an invoice to pay the remaining balance after the activity is completed. Have additional participants joining last minute? No worries! We will add those participants to the final invoice.

I booked my activity but it looks like LESS participants than I expected will turn up! Can I get a refund?

As long as you let us know at least 72 hours before your activity how many participants you’ll be expecting, we’ll be happy to refund you the deposit difference if that number is lower than what you originally expected! However, within 72 hours we will lock in the minimum number of participants as we also need to schedule our Hosts and can’t cancel on them at the last minute.

I booked my activity and it looks like MORE participants than I expected will turn up! What should I do?

Awesome, it’s going to be even more fun! You can add as many participants as you’d like, even at the last minute! If you can give us a heads up at least an hour or two before the activity starts, then we’ll also be able to add more Hosts to cater to your larger group. We have over 100 Hosts on staff, so this is no problem for us!
